The resort offers a unique escape surrounded by stunning nature, accessed by a delightful boat ride across a serene lake. The rooms are decorated in traditional Sundanese style, providing comfort and beauty. However, the stay can be marred by insects and some maintenance issues, as well as occasional noise from larger groups of guests. Overall, it's a memorable experience but there's room for improvement.
